Welcome to Your Space Back. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline how we operate and what you agree to when booking our junk removal, hauling, and property cleanout services.
By scheduling a pickup, receiving a quote, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Your Space Back provides junk removal and hauling services, including but not limited to:

• Garage, attic, and storage cleanouts

• Furniture, appliance, and debris removal

• Donation and recycling drop-offs

• Yard waste and small demolition cleanup

Service details, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in your booking or written estimate.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to driver and truck availability.

• Quotes are based on estimated volume, weight, and disposal requirements.

• Full payment is required before any work begins.

• Adjustments may be made if unforeseen complications arise (e.g., additional volume, restricted access, or hazardous materials).

• Payment confirms your scheduled time slot and ensures the job proceeds without delay.

• Payments are accepted via the methods listed on your invoice or booking confirmation.

• Late or declined payments may result in cancellation of service or additional fees.
  
  

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.

• Your Space Back reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
  
  

4. Warranties & Liability

• Your Space Back aims to handle all items and property with care.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, unsafe conditions, or items moved at customer direction.

• Our services are limited to removal and hauling; we do not provide restoration or repair services.

• Your Space Back is fully insured for general liability within the scope of our operations.
  
  

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear, safe access to the removal area before arrival.

• Identify any hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, flammables) — these items cannot be hauled without prior approval.

• Secure parking or loading access if required.

• Be present (or have a designated contact) during pickup for load confirmation and communication.
  
  

6. Prohibited Items

Your Space Back does not remove the following without prior notice or additional arrangements:

• Hazardous waste or chemicals

• Medical or biohazard materials

• Asbestos or lead-based debris

• Fuel, propane tanks, or explosives
  
  

7. Disposal & Recycling

• Whenever possible, items are recycled or donated to reduce landfill waste.

• Final disposal decisions are made at the discretion of Your Space Back in compliance with local laws.
  
  

8. Privacy

Your Space Back respects your privacy.
Personal details collected (name, address, contact info) are used only to schedule and complete your service.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

Your Space Back may update these Terms at any time.
All revisions will be posted on our website and apply to future services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States.
Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with those laws in the local court jurisdiction.
